What happens after the $1 / 7-day trial?+
Day 8, your card is charged $79 for the first month of Companion Plus unless you cancel. We email you 2 days before. Cancellation is two taps in Subscription — no email, no 'please don't go' flow.
What are Lyfe Tokens?+
Tokens are the fuel for your companion's smarter features — voice replies, cited deep research, content creation, video review, premium AI generations. Basic chat uses few tokens. Advanced features use more because they take more AI processing. Companion Plus includes 10,000 / month.
Do unused tokens roll over?+
Monthly plan tokens reset at the start of each billing period. Top-up packs you purchase separately roll over for 12 months and are used only after your monthly allowance runs out.
Can I downgrade to a quieter plan?+
Yes — Maintenance Mode is $19/mo for members who've hit their goal or are using less. Includes 750 tokens, weekly check-ins, saved companion memory, event/travel planning.
Do you offer refunds?+
Within 14 days of your first $79 charge, yes. Email hello@skinnylyfe.com and we'll handle it. The $1 trial charge is non-refundable but identifies you as a real human.
